Carved out of an ancient alluvial fan, the rugged, boulder-strewn soils of Los Chacayes force roots deep into the mineral-rich earth. Here, extreme thermal amplitudes—scorching Andean afternoons followed by freezing mountain nights—build thick skins, striking natural acidity, and a wild, unmistakable structure in every bottle.
