About the 2025 Vintage

The 2025 harvest in Los Chacayes was marked by a paradox: extreme climatic conditions that, far from limiting, gave rise to exceptional results. A year of pronounced drought and an unusually hot summer accelerated the ripening cycle, leading to the earliest harvest ever recorded in the history of The Vines of Mendoza. In the face of these demands, the vineyard’s natural resilience proved decisive. The celebrated thermal amplitude—the unique contrast between intensely warm days and cool nights—preserved the freshness and acidity of the grapes while enhancing their aromatic complexity. Meanwhile, the region’s well-draining soils contributed to a precise and balanced concentration.

The result is a true testament to the terroir of Los Chacayes: a landscape capable of transforming challenges into virtue, reaffirming that its singular climate delivers, year after year, wines of remarkable depth and character—even in the most demanding seasons.
